Having Long and Uncontrol pain In Stomach after every Few days.This can be due to many reasons some time Food play an important role in stomach pain but some time Stomach pain occur suddenly due to lifting heavy weight .which we ignore in our Life . Most of stomach pain is due to this only and in this stage medicine is of no use ,This pain cause Lose motion, Some time Headache ,A very strong Pain Inside Stomach ,Pain in legs ,Gas Problems in stomach etc etc.

This Type of Problem can be solved only with yoga if you want quick and effective result ,Bajrasana , Ardha Kurmasana ,Sasangasana are asanas that help in curing stomach pain, but will show effective result if all this asanas are performed without easting anything .
