Short Height have been a major problem for everyone ,everybody wants to have long height as people with long height is preferred every where ,Increasing height is not a big problem if it is not hereditary,

The biggest reason of short height is improper diet and no excercise ,They are cause mainly due to lack of protein and calcium ,and also due to lack of secreation of harmones.
