Padahastasana ( Legs Hands Pose ) It is a simple but invigorating position in which joints are mobilized and the brain is supplied with on increased amount of blood ,This asanas makes the spine flexible, the thighs strong, removes back pain and constipation. The benefits of this Asana are similar to those derived from the Paschimottasana.
Technique - Stand Erect ,Keep the arms by the sides,keep the hells close together,slowly bend forward at the waist,keep the knees stiff and firm,the legs should not bend at the knees.also do the arms bend at the elbows.now put your ace head between the knees. hold this position for 10-20 secs.Strengthen your body as before with hands together by the side of the head and grip with palm from behind.
