Utkatasana :This asana strengthens the muscles of the wrists and the feet,It gives sufficient exercise to the joints and the muscles of the legs.Strengthens the muscles of the legs.Strengthens the pelvis. Strengthens the lower back.Opens and stretches the abdomen, diaphragm and heart.Stretches shoulders.
Technique - Stand with legs ,This asanas doesnot require much strain to practise it .As aspirants should only know how to balance the body.Lift the body 2-3 feet above floor and balance it on the feet.slowly bend knees and half sit on the feet.
