If someone ask me who suffers most In Ours Society then i will only say Old Peoples because this is the only stage where they need help and medicine ,but medicine is not the permanent solution for there problem , Yoga is only solution , Taking in mind this prospective i have created a list of more then 10 asanas that can easily be performed by old peoples.
- Gomukhasana (Cows Mouth Pouse ) it awakens Kundalini shakti which enters the mouth of sushm. It stimulate blood circulation making the body energetic and the mind peaceful . this asana curves rheumatic arthritis , constipation , piles etc . it is good for reducing fat on arm , stomach and thighs
- .Padamasana- The Lotus is a wonderful yoga posture but it is not practical for most Westerners as a meditative posture. It places a lot of stress on the knee and hip joints, and should be approached with caution, mostly by the novices.
- Bajrasana is most effective asanas among all digestion related asanas that help in improving yours digestion and making yours Digestion process work properly.This asanas along with increasing digestion power, Increase concentration power and makes yours backbone straight and flexible knees joint.
- Ardha kurmasanaThis asanas Eliminates the weakness of the intestine and the stomach; it also removes disorder of the liver. It cures constipation, diabetes, gas-troble, insomnia, indigestion, etc.
- Titliasana Butterfly Asana (Sitting pose) remedies poor posture by stretching and strengthening the muscles of legs and the back.This asanas is popular among all age people specially in children as it is helpful in growth of children , this asana also help in increasing body height and pride flexiblity to muscles
- SabasanaSavasana (Final Relaxation Pose Relaxation) after yoga is most important part of yoga session.A s well as living with a calm mind and relaxed musclesthe final relaxation allows your body to absorb the energy released by the asana and to gain maximunm benefit from them.(Relaxation with oxygen in your body)
- UtkatsanaUtkatasana :This asana strengthens the muscles of the wrists and the feet,It gives sufficient exercise to the joints and the muscles of the legs.Strengthens the muscles of the legs.Strengthens the pelvis. Strengthens the lower back.Opens and stretches the abdomen, diaphragm and heart.Stretches shoulders.
- Tarasana This asana increases height. This asana removes rheumatism pain. This asana removes hands and legs pain. This asana strengthens the lungs and the chest. It is very much beneficial to those who suffer from asthma.It activates respiratory system.It expands the chest and makes it shapely (symmetrical).
- Ardha SalvasanaArdha Salvasana is a backward bending asanas increase the flexiblity of the upper back and stregthens the lower back muscles ,this asanas is helpul in removing back pain and leg pain. Biparit karni Pada Anugutasana
- Janusirasana (Head-to-Knee Pose) stretches the back muscles aiding proper alignment of the spine .This asanas cures sugar problems and stomach problems.This asana calms the brain and helps relieve mild depression,Helps in proper functioning of liver and kidneys.
- Uthana padasana This yogasanas Uthta Podasana is benificial for curing many health problem asana flexes all abdominal muscles, both internally and externally.It takes away the extra weight from the abdominal area.and correct the disorders relating to the pancreas and can cure constipation as well as other wind troubles
- Vakrasana Also Known as Ardha matsyendrasana: This asana have great effect on pancreas and other glands such as adrenal, thyroid and the sex glands. It is a very beneficial asana for the diabetic people.It is very much useful in constipation and dyspepsia.
- Pawan MuktasanaThis Yoga asana " PawanMuktasana "prevents heart trouble and improves the working of the lungs ,This asanas cures diseases such as Gas Constipation ,Appendix, Rheumatism Piles, Blood Impurities,Diabetes etc.
