Virbhadra sana : ( sohaj ) This asanas provide flexible back bone .This asanas removes back pain .This asanas reuces excess fat.This pose provides strength to the ankles, legs, shoulders and muscles of the back. It also tones and strengthens the abdomen. It Improves balance and posture and energizes the entire body.

Technique - Bring the arm over the head and arc the back for this effective excercise that also stretches the hips.Exhale and bend the left leg to the right angle .Stretch the whole body up.Move the sholder blades in and open the chest.Take teh head back and look up .Do not strain the neck and the throat
Keep the back leg foirm and maintain the turn of the hips and trunk to the left. stretch up to the maximum.
