Yoga is that power that makes you strong from both inside and outside ,and in present world the yoga is very necessary to keep away from tensed populatted and unhealthy life.  Below mention are some Common and useful yogasanas that are helpful to middle age peoples in maintaining and keeping body Fit and healthy.

  • Gomukhasana (Cows Mouth Pouse ) it awakens Kundalini shakti which enters the mouth of sushm. It stimulate blood circulation making the body energetic and the mind peaceful . this asana curves rheumatic arthritis , constipation , piles etc . it is good for reducing fat on arm , stomach and thighs 
  •  Sarvangasana ( whole body pose ) this asana stimulate thyroid gland .It improves general health and tones of the entire personality it cures diabetes , constipation ,and seminal weakness.The rich supply of blood to the face and the neck acts as a beauty treatment banishing unwelcome signs of age, wrinkles and grey & falling hair.
  •  Garurasana: it cures rheumatism of the arm and legs. This asana strengthen the legs. This asana is helpful for restraining the mind. This asana increases concentration power.
  •  Utkatasana :This asana strengthens the muscles of the wrists and the feet,It gives sufficient exercise to the joints and the muscles of the legs.Strengthens the muscles of the legs.Strengthens the pelvis. Strengthens the lower back.Opens and stretches the abdomen, diaphragm and heart.Stretches shoulders.
  •  Mayurasana This Posture is very effective for weakness of semen. It is also useful for congestion of vagina and makes the semen thick and semen invigorating. This Posture increased the number of spermatozoa. After few months practice of this Posture it gives total orgasm at the time of intercourse. It corrects menstrual disorders in women.
  • Virbhadrasana ( sohaj ) This asanas provide flexible back bone .This asanas removes back pain .This asanas reuces excess fat.This pose provides strength to the ankles, legs, shoulders and muscles of the back. It also tones and strengthens the abdomen. It Improves balance and posture and energizes the entire body.
  •  Matsyasana (fish pose ) it stimulates the facing nerves and blood vessels thus breathing up the face .this asana is beneficial to those suffering from asthma . it removes the disorder of the entire respiratory system . this asana s is very useful for concentration , meditation and self realization .
  •  Paschimottasana: This asana increases the height , increase memory power ,and flexible backbone .excessive fat around the abdomen is reduced by practicing the asana ,it tones up the kidney ,the stomach and other abdominal organ.
  •  Chakrasana: Through this asana as aspirant can made his spine quit elastic. Elasticity of the spine preserves youth of a very long time. This asana increase height and increase memory power and excess fat also reduces.
  •  Tarasana This asana increases height. This asana removes rheumatism pain. This asana removes hands and legs pain. This asana strengthens the lungs and the chest. It is very much beneficial to those who suffer from asthma.It activates respiratory system.It expands the chest and makes it shapely (symmetrical).
  •  Halasana is avery important asana if you want yours face wrinkle free and ful of glow, Relives constipation, keeps the spive supple and improves digestion.It keeps healthy thyroid and parathyroid glands and helps in preventing diabetes mellitus.
  •  Ardha matsyendrasana: This asana have great effect on pancreas and other glands such as adrenal, thyroid and the sex glands. It is a very beneficial asana for the diabetic people.It is very much useful in constipation and dyspepsia.
  •  Akarna dhanurasana is a good posture to remove the pain of back and lumbar region.It increases the elasticity of thigh joint and shoulder And is also very useful in arthritis and rheumatic condition.It also Tones Up Chest and Abdominal Organ.
  • Triconasana is one of the easy yoga that help in relieving the pain in the jointsof the neck and shoulder,It is also benificial for spinal cord,The hips ,The Thigh,the arms and the fingers and develop the mental power,This asanas is alos beneficials for the eyes
  • Brikhasana -( Tree Pose ) balancing exercise demand strong concentration . The key to the tree and other balancing posture is to focus on an external point, such as a mark on the wall, and to keep you attention to it. With practice balancing will come easily.
  • Bhujangasana (Cobra Pause ) This asana removes spinal pain and and course other spinal disorder .it cures abdomen problem , constipation ,neck problem etc.
  • Supta Vajrasana - This asanas activizes all the cells of pancereas and increases its blood supply,it begins to function in a normal way.This asanas has several other benefits.It corrects the disorders of the stomach,Intestine,Liver Kidney, and the organs of the abdomain area by activity and energizing them.
  • Sirshaasan - If you are not feeling confident enough to tackle the full head stand keep practicing the preliminary steps to help wall prepare your body for the full posture, this asanas increases memory power and makes ours eye sight and Concentration strong.

Pranayam and Yogmudra are some other yogasanas that are also responsible for improving health at great speed.
