Janu Sirsasana (Head-to-Knee Pose) stretches the back muscles aiding proper alignment of the spine .This asanas cures sugar problems and stomach problems.This asana calms the brain and helps relieve mild depression,Helps in proper functioning of  liver and kidneys

Technique - Sit on the ground .Place the left heel pressing hand  near the left grain. keep the right leg stretched and straight.Hold the right foot with the hands . Exhale and draw the stomach in lower the head slowly. place the  forehead and the chin on the knee. increase the time gradually.( depend on practice 10_15 secs.).Precaution -Dont Do This asana During Knee injury ,Asthma And Diarrhea.
