There are many asanas which improves Sexual Performance of HumanBody ,But Few are many important If you do Yoga for sex Then Practise Mayurasana .Consistent practice of this Mayurasnas activates the sex glands and improves performance of Sexual activities. Strengthens the semen and spermatozoa. This preserves the youthful look in both men and women. Tones up the sex centre in the spine. This Posture is very effective for weakness of semen. It is also useful for congestion of vagina and makes the semen thick and semen invigorating. This Posture increased the number of spermatozoa. After few months practice of this Posture it gives total orgasm at the time of intercourse. It corrects menstrual disorders in women.

Technique :Touch elbow close to abdomen , then below the weight of your body to bear down on your elbows .lower your forehead to the ground , keep elbow together , focus eyes on the fixed point continue to hold elbows together , body should be parallel to the ground.Remain in this Posture for 25 to 28 seconds. Repeat this ansanas upto 4 or 5 times whe ever you practise.Note High blood pressure, peptic ulcers and hernia should not perform this asanas.
