Garurasana: it cures rheumatism of the arm and legs. This asana strengthen the legs. This asana is helpful for restraining the mind. This asana increases concentration power.
TECHNIQUES: Stand erect, keep the right legs straight on the ground and bring the left leg over the right thigh above the right knee. The right thigh should be entwined around the left thigh. Interlock the arm in the same manners. The palm should touch each other. Keep the arm in front of face. Breath in the normal way. Hold this position for 10 –20 secs.
