Techniques: Sit comfortably, cross your legs, press the right knee on the floor and the left knees should made to come over the right knee .sit the left heel just by back side of the right hips. The right elbow should be pointing upward on the right side of the head. The back neck should be held erect, feet and hand should be changed lower the right arm on the back and its finger should inter lock with finger of the left hand.
