Technique - The release of tension through relaxation is vital to keep the body healthy.Begin and end each session of yogasan with relaxation and relax between posture.This allow the relaxed energy to follow freely.finger Curl gently fall outward ,arm at 45 to body, you can also start via lying on your back and keep your feet somewhat apart; keep arms at your side with the palms facing up. Then close your eyes and take several deep breaths. Allow your body to sink into the ground. Aim at a specific part of your body to feel relaxed. For example, when starting with feet, you have to imagine that the muscles and skin are slowly relaxing. In the process you feel like letting these parts melting into the ground. After performing on your feet you can move to other body parts like calves, thighs, face and head. At the end, breathe in a relaxed mode and remain in the same pose for a few minutes .
Note- It is not nesessary that this yoga is only performed after yoga or any asanas ,this is generally performed to relax yours whole body and also to absorb energy with in it..
