We have already discussed in our previous post about various Posture and benifit of Padmasana ,This asanas has his own benifit and help in curing hundred of disease internally without making us know , That's why a perfect pujari of padmasan are always free from all type of disease and problem and gain sucess in maintain posture of there body.


Padamasan- This asanas increases concentration Power and backbone straight and flexible knee joints .
Or
Ardhapadmasana-( Comfortable Cross Legs Position ).

Technique: Sit by stretching out the legs , then place the right leg on the left thigh and left leg on right thigh . (Depend upon flexibility and leg bending )The backbone should be straight.the hand should be placed on the knee .the breathing is normal.
